One of our expert bilingual guides will meet you at your hotel lobby, once you meet him he will take you for a cultural adventure on the shores of Lake Atitlan. San Juan La Laguna and Santiago Atitlan, by far are our guest's best and favorite tour in Lake Atitlan, that offers a wonderful and more complete understanding of both kaqchike and Tzutujil Mayan culture. During the tour you will experience the visit to weavers cooperatives that work on natural dyes, learn about naïve art of the Tzutujil Mayan People at their home studios, murals, see local markets, the medicinal gardens, plazas and possibly see a Mayan ritual at Maximon in Santiago Atitlan. At the end of the tour you will get dropped off at your hotel right in time to enjoy the sunset or simply relax.

This tour can run in most days. Still on Tuesdays and Fridays we can see an spectacular market in Santiago Atitlan.
From November to April the weather is great and we always recommend to bring, comfortable shoes and sun protection, hat or and long sleeves shirts.
In some of the transfers on windy days like in January and February to end of March - we recommend bringing wind-breaker jackets / or waterproof

Would I get picked up at my hotel in Guatemala City or Antigua Guatemala? Yes
Will you pick me up at any hotel in Lake Atitlan. Yes, most hotels in Panajachel, Santa Cruz la laguna, San Marcos, San Juan and San Pedro la Laguna.

Note: If you are staying in Casa Palopo, San Antonio, San Lucas or Santiago Atitlan additional cost will apply and that will be notified by email at the moment of booking. $30 additional fee.
